1. Agreement to Terms & Age Requirement
By accessing our website and purchasing its products, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our full Legal Disclaimer. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, or if you are under 18, you are prohibited from using this site.
2. Intellectual Property
The entire Framework architecture, digital tools, texts, Notion workspaces, checklists, and all analytical materials provided by Auditore Research are strictly proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. By purchasing access, you are granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, reselling, or sharing your login credentials or Framework materials with any third party.
3. Refund Policy (Merchant of Record)
All sales on this website are processed by our official Merchant of Record. Due to the immediate access to proprietary digital frameworks and downloadable templates, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once digital content is accessed under any circumstances, in strict accordance with global digital goods regulations.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated through your bank or payment provider, your access to the Framework and Notion workspace will be immediately and permanently revoked. We reserve the right to contest all unfounded chargebacks by providing the payment provider with evidence of your purchase, including IP addresses, timestamps, access logs, and these Terms of Service.
5. Electronic Signatures
All consents and legally significant communications related to a purchase are executed in electronic form. Your actions in the interface—including but not limited to clicking "Pay," "Buy," or transferring cryptocurrency—constitute a legally binding electronic signature with the exact same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
6. Portfolio Review Rules
If you purchase a "Portfolio Architecture Review", you acknowledge that this is an analytical review focused on risk structure and asset allocation. It is not financial advice. We will not instruct you to buy or sell specific assets. All verbal calls and written reports are provided exclusively in English.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auditore Research and Grigoriy Kutuev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. In all events, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to your use of our frameworks, products, or services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which our Merchant of Record operates, or alternatively, by international commercial law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Framework, digital tools, and all associated materials are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platforms used (e.g., Notion) or that the materials will meet your specific expectations.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Auditore Research and Grigoriy Kutuev harmless from any and all third-party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
11. Service Availability & Technical Requirements
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a compatible device, a stable internet connection, and access to the necessary software (e.g., a modern web browser and a free Notion account) to utilize the Framework. Temporary interruptions affecting third-party hosting or payment services are beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund.
12. Modifications
Auditore Research reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
